Second Annual Forum on Administrative and Institutional Excellence

With the participation of a wide range of ministries, banks, institutions and government and private sectors in the Sultanate of Oman,OSOOL held the Second Annual Forum of administrative and institutional excellence, preparing the development and improvement plans according to the European Model of Excellence (EFQM) from 12-14 / 5/2013 in Muscat. Simple methods and mechanisms of development and alternative plans to improve, to reflect the importance and returns of the outputs of these plans in the administrative and organizational development not only on the level of expected results for each institution, but on the results of the overall performance of different institutions. it worked on how to deal with the evaluation report and its role to move from excellence to creativity.
