Continuing to the approach of OSOOL for Training & Consulting, the annual forum for management and leadership entitled "Building Leaders of Excellence Strategies" has been holded in Salalah - Oman Crown Plaza hotel during the period of 6-9/9/2015 within the programs offered in the annual plan. This event came to hone the ability to select and identify strategies and policies appropriate to build the leaders of excellence, as well as demonstrate the characteristics of the outstanding commander, and patterns of outstanding leaders, also shed light on the concept of talent management and its relations to achieve organizational excellence and the role of the organization and its interests in talent management as well as specifications and characteristics of the Organizational talent. The forum was attended by a number of bank managers and directors of financial and administrative management and human resource managers from various governmental and private sectors.
