OSOOL for training and consulting implemented a specialized workshop about (preparation and presentation of the financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards IFRS), in order to explain to the participants the scientific principles and International Financial Reporting Standards that control preparing the financial statements, to demonstrate the requirements of international accounting standards for inventory and processing accounting errors and the timing of revenue recognition , as well as discussing how to recognize, measure and display the financial instruments. The workshop also aimed to familiarize the participants with the accounting treatment of the assets of long-term and how to view them according to these international reports, to develop the participants' skills in performing substantive procedures to process contingent liabilities and the recognition of allotments, and the workshop also targeted personnel departments of accounting, internal audit , the authors of the of financial statements, financial analysts, and management accountants. It was held in Amman, Jordan Sheraton Hotel in the period from 22-26/5/2016 in the presence of participants from various Arab companies and institutions.
