Workshop: Measuring The Return Of Investment (ROI)

OSOOL for Training and Consulting, in cooperation with the Human Resources Professionals Association, HRPA-Canada, conducted a workshop entitled " Measuring The Return Of Investment (ROI)" during the period 28- 30/3/2016 at City Seasons Hotel in Sultanate of Oman, the workshop was implemented to support the role of the officers in the area of human resources and training using the modern methods to measure the return of investment, due building and developing a number of forms of measurement of the impact of training, and activate the mechanisms of internal follow-up after obtaining the program, also the program discussed the duration of the return of training and the impact caused by training in performance of staff. A number of human resources and training managers and their assistants from the public and private sectors in the Sultanate of Oman attended the workshop.
