Many institutes and companies find it extremely necessary to develop more effective systems and methods for organizational and functional work, among those is the Job description, seeking to promote to a better level of the desired qualification, in order to guarantee achieving the message of those institutes and their strategic goals. Hence, came this consultation which was specially designed to satisfy the needs of PITQ to prepare perfect job description cards to be the focal point of the organizing and employment operations, qualification evaluation and training in the institute.
This consultation is based on studying the organizational structure and revising the duties and specializations of different sectors and organizational units currently being practiced within occupied jobs. Also studying the approved functional structure and what it includes of classifications and distribution of job titles all over the organizational units in the institute, and to create job description cards that include all the main elements (General jurisdiction/Job tasks/work relations/administrative reference/supervision level/qualifications/job abilities/work experience /training /career path /performance indicators). In addition to studying the needs and requirements which are imposed by the nature of corporate work and strategic goals of the institute, and to determine the standard abilities that are required for each job, and by the end of the consultation, a workshop will be held by the consultant expert to train the HR and training Officers in the institute on how to use, implement, and develop models and mechanisms currently being used.
