Osool for training and consulting signed a consulting contract to contribute to the proposal of the implementation of the strategic study of requirements preparation, for implementation of the strategic and operating plan with the Ministry of Industry in Libya, to provide direct technical support to the committee in the preparation of the Strategic Plan for the period of (2014 - 2016), in line with the vision and orientation of the Libyan Ministry of Industry and the Libyan Ministry of Agriculture, and the requirements of the labor market, along with national indicators associated with economic, agricultural and industrial axis in Libya, and the role of the Committee related to it, also to the strategic orientations of the Libyan government and the requirements of excellence (focusing on the strategy standard ), which will contribute eventually in reaching a professional and complete framing for the elements and components of the Strategic and operating Plan of the Committee, to contribute in the boosting of the overall performance of the committee, as well as its role in achieving the strategic orientations of the Government of Libya and the national indicators at the state level.
